The bar looked very upmarket (nice decor, smart waiters etc) so I thought the food and drink would be expensive; I was very wrong. Food started at just 1.5CUC for a burger (looked very tasty), with a large selection of other dishes very reasonably priced (I think most were under the 5CUC mark).. Omelet sandwiches, oatmeal, and fresh juices make it one of the best brunch spots in Havana, hands down, though salads and sandwiches will have you coming back later in the day as well.. El Café is by far and away my personal favorite.
